Rococo Art and Gifts Ltd is registered with the Jersey Financial Services Commissions Companies Registry. Images and content on this site must not be reproduced without express permission. 


We try to represent our products as realistically as possible but due to various reasons such as monitor colour settings, colour reproduction and the handcrafted nature of some of the work, some items may appear to differ very slightly from the photographs shown. We have very high quality control standards and are confident you will love your Rococo purchase.

Orders and Delivery

Place an order by selecting your required item and place it in the cart.

We aim to dispatch items within 3 working days. This can be longer during busy times, for example; Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, or high summer season where it may be 5-6 working days. Local Free Delivery on orders over £10

We will email or text you when we receive your order and let you know when you can expect your items. Items out of stock will be stated with an expected delivery time.

Postage Costs

Postage & packing rates are clearly stated at the end of your order and are based on postal rates for your region. We use standard "Signed For" postage across the UK and Channel Islands, and outlying areas so we can track your item. 

International Postage Rates apply, and are quoted for single items. We will email you to advise you of postage costs for multiple items.

Customs and taxes


All Prices on this website are exclusive of UK VAT. UK VAT is 20% and is applicable on all goods imported into the UK from outside the EU,  and it is the recipient who is liable. However Jersey Post offer a service where we can pay the VAT for you in advance at the time of posting. This will help prevent your goods being held by UK customs and administration fees being charged by your local Post Office.


We do not add any further taxes for Jersey or the other Channel Islands


Rococo Art & Gifts Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any other local taxes and/or customs charges.


Rococo Art & Gifts Ltd uses PayPal for safe and secure transactions.  This means that we do not see or hold your account/card details.


We aim to send you the best quality items, but understand that buying gifts without being able to handle and see them is difficult. For this reason we offer a 14 day returns policy if you are unhappy with your purchase. However, bespoke/personalised items cannot be returned. You are required to pay return postage costs unless an item is faulty. Please obtain and keep proof of posting. All returned items must be in their original condition, a refund or replacement will be offered.
